Many years ago I learned a lesson that I will never forget. There was a Time Management training that was participating to. The facilitator, a German guy who spent many years of his life in the States, entered the room with a pickle jar and a very heavy bag. Without any notice he started to take fist size stones out from the bag and out them into the jar until they reached the rim.
